CFSA was established to promote laws and regulations that protect consumers while preserving their access to credit options, and to support and encourage responsible industry practices. CFSA acts as a unified voice of the finance industry in lobbying the Legislature, interfacing with industry regulators, and representing the industry in court through amicus briefs.
